Working with Wilson Vale
We all have a story to share, and we thought you might like to hear a little more about ours.
What we've been up to recently...

The Gut Health Clinic & Wilson Vale
A team of specialist dietitians that bring evidence-led gut health insight into our food and nutrition offer for clients.
Through collaboration with dietitians from The Gut Health Clinic team, including Dr Emily Porter (PhD), we explore how food choices and dietary patterns can support gut health, energy levels, resilience, mood and more.
This collaboration may include menu guidance, food tastings, educational sessions and workplace talks to support understanding of gut health and nutrition. This input complements our chefs’ focus on quality ingredients and balanced nutrition.

Allergy Partnership
Wilson Vale have committed to a three-year funding programme that supports this vital research.
“Food should be something everyone can enjoy with confidence. We have a deep responsibility to create safe, inclusive dining experiences for all. Partnering with Natasha’s Foundation allows us to support vital research and awareness that can truly make a difference.”
Melissa Wallbank, Wilson Vale Managing Director

Natasha’s Allergy Research Foundation is one of the only allergy charities dedicated to medical research. It wants to understand what is causing the dramatic rise in allergic disease – and develop ways to prevent, treat and ultimately eradicate it, creating a world that is safe for everyone.
Wilson Vale have committed to a three-year funding programme that supports this vital research.
In March 2026, the UK government announced new legal requirements to protect children with severe allergies in schools, following a successful amendment to the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill (known as "Benedict’s Law"). Natasha's Foundation supports allergy training in schools through its Allergy School programme. It provides accredited training, curriculum-mapped resources, staff training films, and policy templates to help schools manage food allergies safely.

Wilson Vale are a B Corp, but what does that mean?

Our sustainable business growth is built on core values of training craft skills in the kitchen, nurturing people to shine and protecting nature. This dedication has laid the foundation to becoming B Corp Certified.

Our wonderful ESG Director, Graeme Watson, is here to not only support our goals but as a resource for you too! If you would find it valuable to connect your ESG lead with Graeme then please ask your Area Manager or Operations Director who can make an introduction.
